The chapter nobody wrote.
When the prescription stops, the protocol doesn't have to. But almost nobody is telling women how to navigate what comes next.
You did the hard part. You took the meeting. You committed to the weekly injection. You watched the scale move, your clothes fit, your knees stop hurting. And then — the FDA called the shortage resolved, the telehealth platform sent a polite email, and you were on your own.
Mira is the brand for what comes next. Not louder, not bro-er, not faster — just calmer, cleaner, and built around what you actually need to know. Reconstitution math. Why filtering matters. What to do when you stop. The questions other operators won't answer.
"The first time I held the box I cried. It was the first thing in this whole journey that didn't feel like it was hiding from me."
Every kit ships with a tri-fold instruction card, a QR code to a private video library, and an invitation to The Sunday Shot Club — our free Facebook community. The Premium tier adds a 1:1 onboarding call with our medical advisor, the Glow + Recovery protocol pair, and the Ledger journal for tracking what works.

The Sunday Shot Club.
Most women take their weekly shot on Sunday — the morning of, the night before, somewhere in the quiet space before the week starts. The Sunday Shot Club is the free private community for women navigating their protocols outside the prescription system. Lightly moderated, never preachy, and full of the answers other operators won't give.
Inside Mira — the paid private community — adds a monthly Q&A with our medical advisor, a vendor reference index, and members-only protocols. $39/month or $349/year.

Does Mira sell peptides, semaglutide, or tirzepatide?
No. Mira sells FDA-cleared medical devices, sterile consumables, and educational content. The compound and bacteriostatic water are sourced separately by the customer. This positioning is intentional — it keeps Mira clearly on the right side of regulation, and it keeps you in control of where your supplies come from.
Why is filtration included by default?
Sterile filtration with a 0.22µm PES filter is the single most impactful safety upgrade for anyone reconstituting a peptide outside a clinical setting. Most underground suppliers sell it as an upsell. We include it in every kit because it should never be optional.
How long does The Box last?
The Box is sized for 4–5 weeks of typical weekly use. Most customers reorder The Refill ($44) every 10–12 weeks for consumables; the pen, tray, and carry pouch stay with you indefinitely.
Is the kit discreet?
The outer mailer and box carry only the lowercase Mira wordmark — no medical iconography, no descriptive text, no indication of what's inside. The Carry pouch is designed to slip into a tote without drawing attention.
What's the difference between The Box and The Box, Premium?
The Box is the complete starter kit at $129. The Box, Premium ($219) adds the Glow Add-on Kit (sized for a GHK-Cu protocol), the Recovery Add-on Kit (sized for BPC-157), the Ledger (our weekly tracking journal), and a 45-minute 1:1 onboarding call with our medical advisor. It's the kit for women who want a guided start.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently Mira ships to the United States only. We're working on Canadian shipping for late 2026. Sign up for the waitlist at the bottom of the page.
Can I return The Box?
For sanitary reasons, opened kits are not returnable. Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus return shipping. The Refill is non-returnable. We do replace any kit with manufacturing or shipping defects, no questions asked.
